UPDATE (IN CUSTODY) CHILTON COUNTY MANHUNT

The incident started on June 13 2023 when the subject identified as John Christopher Camarda led multiple agencies on a high speed pursuit. The pursuit with the vehicle ended when the truck came to a stop and the subjects (a white male and white female) fled on foot on County Road 156 into a wooded area.

Tracking dogs were deployed and were unable to locate the subjects.

On June 13 2023 the subjects were spotted on County Road 156. Law Enforcement was dispatched to the scene where the search continued.

On June 13, 2023, around the hours of 5:30pm in the area of County Road 156 the two pictured subjects were arrested and placed in the Chilton County Jail.
